Saiyan Performance respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you enquire about or use our coaching services. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Enquires and Application: We may collect the information you provide in an enquiry or coaching application, such as your name, email address, training goals, and other details you choose to share.
Clients: Contact details; date of birth; health, injury and medication information; training, nutrition, lifestyle information; measurements; progress photos (only with your consent); emergency contact details, and messages between us.
Payments: Bank or payment details needed when we take your agreed payment. These are handled by your bank and our payment provider, and we only keep a record of what is paid and when.
Website visitors: Basic anonymous usage data (pages viewed and device type) collected by our website host, Framer.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess coaching suitability, provide services you request, take payments, keep records, meet legal requirements and improve your experience with Saiyan Performance.
HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is stored with the providers we use to run the business. Google (forms, email and files) PT Distinction (our coaching app), our email provider and our payment provider. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We protect accounts with two-factor authentication and limit access to the business owner.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep client records for 7 years following the conclusion of your coaching, then securely delete them. Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 12 months.
SHARING & SECURITY
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information where required to provide a service, meet a legal obligation, or protect the security of our business and clients.
